Hotel complex Anita, Perushtitsza, has a bed capacity of 15 seats. The Anita complex offers luxurious rooms for rent and a restaurant. The complex is situated on two floors and offers six double rooms and one triple. On the first floor there is a lobby bar, wine cellar as well as a sweet shop. The complex also has a shared kitchen that can be used by the guests. The hotel has a restaurant with 120 seats, 70 of which are in the open and a tavern with 35 seats.

The yard has a beautiful garden with a small swimming pool and 100-year-old magnolias.
